Adjacent Angles
If two angles have a common vertex, and a common side but do not overlap known as the “Adjacent Angles”. Adjacent angles are a pairs of angles.
∠ABC is adjacent angle to ∠CBD because they have a common side BC and a common vertex B.
In above figure ∠x and ∠y are adjacent angles. They have same vertex o and the same side.
In above figure ∠x and ∠z are not adjacent angles. They have same vertex o but not common side.
In above figure ∠x and ∠z are not adjacent angles. They have common side but not common vertex.
